LEADERSHIP
Local co-owners and brothers-in-law, David Mitchell and Dan Castilloux pilot the course for Mitchell’s growth and culture. Both grew up in the business, so their investment is much greater than just numbers- it’s personal.
David and Dan inspire the third generation of Mitchell people. Their same simple vision: we must earn every project we are awarded through trust, providing the right advice, respecting our environment and remembering that our clients are our lifeblood. Executive leadership team members, CFO Jim Mann, VP Sales and Marketing Scott Gray, Director of Sales AJ Rai, Operations Manager Dave Howarth, and Digital Division Lead, Greg Wong, bring a diverse set of skills to shape our progressive path forward.
PRODUCTION
Some members of our production team are celebrating 40 years with Mitchell and some just four months. A broad mix of talent, personalities and capabilities makes for an eclectic, creative and curious bunch. We encourage growth within our company and expect everyone to come to work each day to be challenged, contribute and learn. We promote inclusion and diversity within our organization.

Our professional sales team covers the gamut of experience, from offset and publication experts to digital and display consultants and data driven solutions specialists. Whatever the challenge, we have the channel expertise to provide thoughtful, effective solutions. What’s more, we are a team in the truest sense of the word and don’t hesitate to bring a subject matter expert into a project if that adds value.
