Today, the Langara College Publishing Program Class of 2012 was hosted by Mitchell Press Owner and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Dan Castilloux, and Business Solutions Specialist, Crystal Wong.
They discussed not only the process of web press printing, but also the history of the company and their environmental initiatives.
Castilloux showed the high quality printing they can produce with their heat-set Komori web press and talked about the meaning of G7 certification. The opportunity to see the operation in-person illustrates the concepts that are discussed in several of the Langara College Publishing courses.
